By accessing or using Job Search MCP (“Service”), operated by Sekora AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Job Search MCP is an MCP server that aggregates publicly available job postings from multiple ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms. Our services include:

  • Multi-platform job search across Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, and Rippling
  • Job filtering by location, department, and keywords
  • Board token discovery for company job boards
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for Claude

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services beyond normal API usage
  • Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others

API Usage

When using our API or MCP integration:

  • You must use valid API keys issued to your account
  • Rate limits may apply based on your subscription tier
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Rippling). Your use of job data from these platforms is subject to those platforms’ terms of service. We aggregate only publicly available job listings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy or completeness of job listings
  • That all available positions will be returned
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEKORA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use of the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sekora AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
